Appam

Ingredients
1. Pachari-4 cup
2. Coconut-half
3. Coconut water- half cup
4. Yeast - one fourth teaspoon
5. Jeerakam- little
6. Sugar- 1 tablespoon
7. Kappy  kurukkiyathu - half cup
8. Salt, oil-as required
Method
1. Pachari kuthirthu vekkanam
2. Add  sugar to coconut  water one day before cooking
3. Make a fine paste with grated coconut, jeerakam.
4. Add fine paste , coconut water, kappy kurukkiyathu , yeast , salt and water and grind well in a mixer jar and make dough
5. Mavu pulichu pondumbol dosa  kallil chuttu edukkuva
