INGREDIENTS
1.Finely grated beetroot-1
2.Shallots-6
3.Green chilly-2
4.Curry leaves,salt-as required
5.Grated coconut-little
6.Oil-as required
METHOD
1.Put in a pan oil and add green chilly and saute well
2.Add shallots and grated beetroot and mix well
3.Add curry leaves and salt and also grated coconut and mix well and cook for 30 minutes
4.Stir occasionally and serve hot
