INGREDIENTS
1.Pavakka-1 kg
2.Turmeric powder-half teaspoon
3.Oil-350ml
METHOD
1.Clean bitterguard and cut into small round pieces without removing seeds
2.Cook well by adding salt,turmeric powder and 1 cup water
3.Dry well in sunlight and keep in air tight container
4.Fry in hot oil when required
