INGREDIENTS
1.Tomato-250 gm
2.Carrot-100gm
3.Shallots-half cup
4.Oil-2 tablespoon
5.Sugar-1 teaspoon
6.All purpose flour-2 teaspoon
7.Salt-as required
METHOD
1. Remove the skin of carrot and tomato and cut into small pieces and add enough water and cook well.
2.Add salt also
3.Strain the water from it and keep aside
4.Put in a pan oil and add shallots to it and saute well
5.Add strained water to it and mix well
6.Also add all purpose flour and sugar and mix well and allow it to boil
