INGREDIENTS
1.Idiyappam podi-half packet
2.Hot water-2 cup
3.Salt-as required
4.Grated coconut- little
METHOD
1.Put into idiyappam powder hot water,salt and mix well.
2.Put into idli chembu water and allow it to boil.
3.Tale a banana leaf and add the idiyappam mix to sevanazhi and press well
4.When the mix falls into leaf sdd little grated coconut to it and put it idli chembu and steam cook well
