INGREDIENTS

1.Curd-2 cup
2.Ice water-4 cup
3.Jeerakam-a pinch
4.Pepper powder- as required

METHOD

1. Fry jeerakam and make it into powder.
2.Mix jeerakam well with curd and ice water.
3.Add salt and pepper powder and mix well.
4.Serve chilled
