PALADA


INGREDIENTS

1.All purpose flour-500gm
2.Egg-2
3.Cardamom powder-1 teaspoon
4.Salt- as required
5.Sugar,ghee-50 gm

METHOD

1.Mix well egg,all purpose flour,salt,cardamom powder as we do for appam.\
2.Make a smooth fine mix.
3.Put in a tawa oil and add the prepared mix little to it and when it starts  to cook add ghee and sugar on top of it  and fold it in to four.
