INGREDIENTS
1. Potato-6
2.Salt-as needed
3.Oil - for frying
METHOD
Boil potatoes for 3 minutes.Remove the skin and cut them into long pieces as required.
Keep them in freezer for half an hour.Remove from freezer and add salt and keep for five minutes.
Heat oil in a pan .and add potatoes to it and deep fry them.for 15 minutes
Serve hot with tomato sauce
