CHICKEN CUTLET

INGREDIENTS

1. Boneless chicken cut into  small pieces-1 kg
2.Onion-6 finely chopped
3.Ginger-2 big piece finely chopped
4.Garlic-10 chopped
5.Green chilly-6 chopped
6.Chicken masala-1 tablespoon
7.Pepper powder-1 teaspoon
8.Chilly powder-1 teaspoon
9.Garam masala-1 teaspoon
10.Cardamom powder-half teaspoon
11.Fennel seeds powder-onefourth teaspoon
12.Egg-3
13.Curry leaves-as required
14.Corriander leaves-as required
15.Salt-as required
16.Bread crumbs- as required
17.Oil -for frying
18.Potato boiled-4

METHOD


1.Cut and clean chicken and marinate it with salt,turmeric powder and lime juice for half an hour .
2.Cook chicken well and chop it into thin small pieces
3.Put in a pan oil and saute onion till golden brown.When onion becomes golden brown add ginger, garlic,green chillies,curry leaves and saute well.
4.Add chilly powder,pepper powder,chicken masala,garam masala,garam masala powder, cardamom powder, fennel seeds powder and mix well.
5.Cook potato and peel  its skin and smash it well
6.Add  potatoes to the saute mix and also add cooked chicken and make a fine dough.
7.Add salt to it and mix well.
8.Make fine balls and dip them in beated egg mix and then dip in bread crumbs and fry well in hot oil.
9.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
