CARROT AND DATES CAKE

INGREDIENTS

1.Maida-1 cup
2.Powdered sugar,oil-three fourth cup
3.Egg-2
4.Dates after removing seeds and cut into pieces-10
5.Grated carrot-1
6.Baking powder-1 teaspoon
7.Cashewnut-1 tablespoon
8.Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon


METHOD

1.Strain maida along with baking powder 3 times.
2.Beat egg using an egg beater
3.Also beat oil,vanilla essence,sugar and mix well.
4.Add maida little by little and mix well
5.Add carrrot,dates,cashewnut and mix well.
6.Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
