1.Curd- 1 litre
2.Grated coconut-2 big spoon
Green chilly-2
Cumin seeds-half small spoon
Turmeric powder,chilly powder-one fourth teaspoon
3.Oil-1 big spoon
4.Mustard seeds-half teaspoon
Red chilly-2 cut into small pieces
5.Salt-as required
METHOD
1.Add little water to curd and blend well in a mixer jar.
2.Mix second ingredients together and make into a fine paste and add it to curd.
3.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add red chillies to it and saute well.
4.Add curd to this mix and stir continuously and when it starts to boil switch off from flame and serve hot.
