INGREDIENTS
1.Pachari-one and a half cup
2.Uzhunnu-three fourth cup
3.Uluva-4
4.Salt-as required
5.Cooked rice- 1 tablespoom
METHOD
1.Soak pachari,uluva and uzhunnu seperately in water for 7 hours
2.Wash well and add 1 teaspoon cooked rice and blend well in a mixer jar and allow to ferment
3.Add salt 1 hour before cooking
4.Put water in an idli cooker and add oil to the plates to cook idli and pour the idli mix and steam cook
