INGREDIENTS
1.Chopped amara payar-1 cup
2.Chopped onion-1
3.Chopped green chilly-2
4.Curry leaves,salt-as required
5 Oil- 2 teaspoon
6.Grated coconut-little
7.Turmeric powder- little
METHOD
1.Put in a clay pot half cup water and when it starts to boil add chopped amara payar,onion,chilly,curry leaves and mix well and also add turmeric powder and salt and also add grated coconut and mix well and cook well by closing the lid for 25 minutes.
2.Cook till the water dries off
3.After removing from flame add 1 teaspoon oil and mix well
