INGREDIENTS
1.Maggie chicken noodles-1 packet
2.Onion-1
3.Carrot-1
4.Beans-1
5.Capsicum-1
6.Cooked boneless chicken -6 pieces
7.Salt,corriander leaves -as required
8.Oil-for frying
METHOD
1.Put in a pan 3 glass water and when it starts to boil add salt and noodles to it and cook noodles.
2.Meanwhile put in a pan oil and saute onion and vegetables till it becomes golden brown.
3.When noodles is cooked strain off excess water from it and add 1 cup cold water to it to remove its stickiness and strain off excess water after 5 minutes.
4.Cook chicken by adding little salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, lime juice .
Add cooked chicken to noodles and mix well and add cooked vegetables to it and add corriander leaves and mix well.
