CHINESE CHILLY CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

1.Boneless chicken -1 kg
2.Garlic-10
3.Sugar-2 teaspoon
4.Capsicum-1
5.Green chilly-6
6.Vinegar-2 tablespoon
7.Salt-as required
8.Tomato sauce,soya sauce,chilly sauce-4 teaspoon
9.Oil-as required
10.Mustard seeds-little
11.Coriander leaves-for decoration
METHOD

1.Put in a pan oil and add sugar to it and make caramel syrup.
2.Put in a pan oil and add little mustard and garlic and green chilly and saute till it becomes little brown.
3.Marinate chicken with lime juice, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt and keep for half an hour.
4,Cook marinated chicken and keep aside.
5.Put into vinegar tomato sauce,soya sauce,chilly sauce ,salt and mix well.
6.Add vinegar mix to the garlic sated and mix well.
7.Add cooked chicken and mix well.
8.Put in a pan oil and cook capsicum.
9.Add capsicum to the chicken mix and mix well and decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot.
