INGREDIENTS
1.All purpose flour-100gm
2.Powdered sugar-three fourth cup
3.Egg-2
4.Unsalted butter-100gm
5.Baking powder-1 teaspoon
6.Cocoa powder-2 tablespoon
7.Milk,cashewnut-one fourth cup
METHOD
1.Mix all purpose flour ,cocoa powder,baking powder and strain them three times.
2.Beat egg well in an egg beater
3.Add butter to the egg mix and beat well.
4.Add powdered sugar to this mix and beat again .
5.Add all purpose flour little by little to the mix .Add milk also along with it.
6.Add cashewnut and mix well.
7.Put little butter into a baking tin and add the cake mix to it and bake at 180 degree for half an hour.
