EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS


1. Maida-100gm
2.Condensed milk-half tin
3.Unsalted butter-75gm
4.Milk-half cup
5.Powdered sugar,cocoa powder-2 tablespoon
6.Baking powder,vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
7.Cashewnut-one fourth cup


METHOD

1.Strain maida,cocoa powder,baking powder 3 times.
2.Using an egg beater beat well butter,sugar.
3.Add milk,condensed milk,vanilla essence to this mix and beat well.
4.Add maida little by little
5.Add cashewnut and mix well.
6..Spread some butter in a cake tin and add this mix to it and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
