FRIED RICE


INGREDIENTS

1. Basmati rice - 2 cup

2. Boneless chicken-1 KG

3.Beans -1 cup

4.Egg-2

5.Spring onion-4

6.Garlic chopped-1 teaspoon

7 Black pepper powder- half teaspoon

8.OIL-1 cup

9. Soya sauce, chilly sauce-1 teaspoon

10.Vinegar-1 tablespoon

11.Salt-as needed

METHOD


1. Clean and cut boneless chicken into small pieces and marinate it with half teaspoon soya sauce,1 teaspoon vinegar,half teaspoon oil and keep for 1 hour.


2. Soak basmati rice in water for half an hour and drain off excess water from it

3.Put 12 glass water in a pan and when it boils well add basmati rice to it.

4.Close the lid for two minutes.

5.Add  1 teaspoon oil and little salt to rice  and when rice is cooked drain and keep aside.

6.Beat egg and fry in oil by adding salt and black  pepper powder to it

7.Put in a pan oil and and add ginger,garlic to it.When it is cooked add chicken to it,and saute for 10 minutes.

8.Add beans to it and saute well.

9.Add soy sauce,chilly sauce,vinegar to it and keep for 5 minutes.

10.Add cooked rice,spring onion,pepper powder, salt to it and mix well

11.Add fried egg to it and mix well. Serve hot
