Crispy chicken



Ingredients
1.chicken-half kg
2. Egg white-1
     Cocoa powder-half teaspoon
      Ginger garlic paste-2teaspoon
      Cornflour-1 cup
     Lemon juice-1 lemon
     Salt-as required
3.  Cornflakes or powdered oats-half cup

Method
1. Clean and cut chicken into big pieces and put in salt water for some time and keep in freezer.
2. Make second ingredients  into paste form
3. Take chicken from freezer and marinate with pasted ingredients
4. Keep refrigerated for half an hour.
5. If needed put little more cornflour.
6. Fry well after dipping in cornflakes
