INGREDIENTS
1.Dates-250gm
2.Green chilly-3
3.Ginger-1 small piece
4.Curry leaves- little
5.Pepper powder-half teaspoon
6.Chilly powder-1 tablespoon
7.Asafoetida and fenugreek powder-half teaspoon
8.Garlic-4
9.Oil-150gm
10-Vinegar-150gm
11.Salt-as required
METHOD
1.Put in a pan oil and saute ingredients from 2-4.
2.Add ingredients from 5-8 and cook well.
3.Add dates and salt to it and cook well.
4.When cooled add vinegar and serve.
