GHEE CAKE



INGREDIENTS

1.All purpose flour-125 gm
2.Sugar,ghee-125 gm
3.Cake gel-one and a half teaspoon
4.Egg-2

METHOD

1.Make sugar into powder form
2.Mix well powdered sugar and cake gel.
3.Add one egg,little all purpose flour,little ghee and beat well in an egg beater .Mix all ingredients together.
4.Put little ghee into a cake tin and add the batter into it and bake at 180 degree for 45 minutes in a micro wave oven
