INGREDIENTS
1.Curd,water-1 cup each
2.Curry leaves-little
3.Green chilly-2
4.Shallots-2-3
5.Ginger-1 small piece
6.Salt-as required
METHOD
1.Smash curd well by adding enough water and salt.
2.Add chopped ginger,green chilly,shallots,curry leaves to it and mix well.
