MAYONAISE

INGREDIENTS

1.Egg-2
2.Olive oil,vinegar,mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
3.Sugar-2 teaspoon
4.Pepper powder-1 teaspoon

METHOD

1.Fry mustard seeds and remove the skin from it.
2.Blend egg,olive oil,mustard seeds well in a mixer jar.
3.Add vinegar,sugar,pepper powder to it and blend well again.
4.Put this mix in a plate and keep refrigerated and serve with bread
