1.Basin-1 cup
2.Sugar-one and a half cup
3.Ghee-half cup
4.Water-one and a half cup
METHOD
1.Add water to sugar and make sugar syrup
2.Heat basin
3.Add ghee and sugar syrup to heated basin and mix well
4.Stir well till the mix comes off from the tawa
5.Add ghee to it
6.Add this mix to a plate spreaded with ghee
7.When it cools cut and use
