INGREDIENTS
1.Godambu mavu-2 cup
2.Palayamkodan pazham-2
3.Jaggery syrup-one fourth cup
4.Soda powder-one fourth teaspoon
5.Chopped coconut-3 teaspoon
6.Cardamom powder-half teaspoon
7.Oil-for frying
METHOD
1.Mix all ingredients well except oil and make a fine batter without adding water
2.Put in a neyappam chatti oil and add the batter and cook well
