1. Ash guard after removing skin and cut into triangle pieces-2 cup
Pumpkin after removing skin and cut into triangle pieces-one and a half cup
Long beans cut inti pieces-half cup
Big chilly-3 cut into pieces
2. Coconut milk
First and second milk-half cup
3. Salt-as required
4. Cowbeans-1 cup cooked
5. Green chilly-2 crushed
6. Coconut oil-2 teaspoon
7. Curry leaves-as required
METHOD
1. Mix first ingredients together and add second coconut milk and salt and cook well.
2. When the pieces are finely cooked add cooked cowbeans
and cook well for 5 minutes.
3. Add first milk and curryleaves and little coconut oil and mix well and serve hot.
