INGREDIENTS
1.Pineapple-1 kg
2.Sugar-1 kg
3.Water-half litre
4.Lime juice-50ml
5.Skin of lemon chopped-half teaspoon
METHOD
1.Remove the skin of pineapple and clean well and chop into small pieces and add water and cook well
2.When it cools blend well in a mixer jar and strain well
3.Put in a pan sugar,skin of lemon,water and boil well
4.When it boils well and reaches sticky consistency switch off flame and strain well
5.Add pineapple syrup to it and also add lime juice and mix well
6.When it cools transfer it into a closed container and use
