Ingredients
1. Beef keema-half kg
2. Finely chopped onion-1
3. Finely chopped green chilly -4
4. Chopped ginger-1 piece
5. White piece of bread soaked and strained in water-2 piece
6. Beated egg-1
7. Oil-1 teaspoon
8. Lime juice,soya sauce-1 teaspoon
9. Garam masala powder-half teaspoon
10. Salt,oil- as required

1. Mix all ingredients well by adding oil
2. Make them into fine balls and fry them in hot oil
