Ingredients
1 . Beef-2kg
2. Ginger-1 big piece chopped
Chopped garlic -2 tablespoon
Curry leaves,salt-as required
Onion-1 sliced
Coriander powder-2 teaspoon
Chilly powder-2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
Garam masala powder -1 teaspoon

4. Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon

Method
1. Clean well beef and cut into small pieces and marinate with second ingredients and keep for 15 minutes and pressure cook well
2. Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add onion and saute well
3. Add tomato and saute well and add cooked beef to it and mix well and cook for 15 more minutes until a fine gravy is formed
4. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve
