Ingredients
1. Chicken -1 kg
2. Oil -3 tablespoon
3. Cardamom-3
Cloves,cinnamon-2
Crushed pepper -2 teaspoon
4. Onion -2 sliced
Chopped garlic-6
Chopped ginger-1 piec3

6. First coconut milk-1 cup
Second coconut milk-2 cup

Method
1. Clean well chicken and cut into small pieces
2. Put in a pan oil and saute well third ingredients
3. Add fourth ingredients and saute well and when it becomes brown colour add chicken and saute well
4. Add salt and second coconut milk to it and cook well
5. When chicken is cooked add first coconut milk and mix well and serve with appam
