FRIED HOMELY FISH

INGREDIENTS

1.Fish-2 pieces
2.Chilly powder-1 teaspoon
    Turmeric powder-one fourth teaspoon
    Salt- as required

3.Oil- for frying
4. Curry leaves- little
    Shallots chopped-4
   Valanpuli pizhinjathu-half teaspoon
   Salt-as required


METHOD

1.Clean well fish and marinate with second ingredients well
2.Fry well in hot oil
3.Mix well fourth ingredients together and serve along with fish
