HEALTHY WATERMELON SALAD

INGREDIENTS

1.Orange juice-half cup
   Lime juice-1 lemon
Chopped shallots-one fourth cup
 Honey-1 teaspoon
 Salt- little
Pepper powder-half teaspoon

2.Olive oil-half cup
3.Watermelon chopped after removing skin and seed-1 big
   Grated cheese -1 cup
   Chopped mint leaves-1 cup
4.Wallnut-for decoration


METHOD

1.Blend well first ingredients using a blender
2.Add olive oil to this and blend well again
3.Add third ingredients to a bowl and add blended mix to it
4.Decorate with wallnut
