INGREDIENTS
1.Orange-3
2.Spinach leaves-3 cup
3.Chopped mushroom-1 cup
4.Olive oil-3 teaspoon
Lime juice-1 lemon
Orange juice-8 teaspoon
Kaskas-little
Pepper powder-half teaspoon
Powdered sugar-half teaspoon
Salt-as required
5.Chopped badam-for decoration
METHOD
1.Remove the skin and seeds of orange and keep the remaining petals aside
2.Soak and clean well spinach leaves and chop into fine pieces
3.Put into a salad bowl chopped mushroom,orange petals,spinach leaves and mix well and keep refrigerated
4.For salad dressing mix well fourth ingredients together and put it into an air tight container and mix well
5.When served add refrigerated mix and salad dressing and chopped badam and mix well and serve
