INGREDIENTS
1.Pasta-3 cup
2.Boneless chicken roasted and chopped-2 cup
Chopped celery ,spring onion-2 teaspoon
Toasted wallnut-3 teaspoon
Apple chopped-1 cup
FOR DRESSING
3.Orange juice-half cup
Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
Sugar-2 teaspoon
Pepper powder-as required
Olive oil-2 teaspoon
Lime juice-2 teaspoon
METHOD
1. Cook well pasta in little water by adding salt and strain off excess water
2.When it cools add second ingredients and mix well
3.Mix third ingredients well and blend well in a mixer jar and make dressing
4.Add the dressing on top of pasta and mix well and serve with tomato sauce
