INGREDIENTS
1.Penne pasta-1 cup
2.Sausage-1 cup
3.Olive oil-2 teaspoon
4.Chopped onion-1
Chopped garlic-2 teaspoon
5.Chopped tomato-3
6.Cheddar cheese-6 teaspoon
7.Salt,pepper powder-as required
8.Coriander leaves
METHOD
1.Cook well pasta in boiling water by adding salt and strain off excess water
2.Chop well sausage
3.Put in a pan oil and add sausage and chopped garlic and saute well
4.Add tomato and onion and saute well for 20 minutes
5.Add cooked pasta and 3 teaspoon cheese and mix well
6.Add salt and pepper powder and mix well
7.Add remaining cheese and coriander leaves and mix well and serve hot
