Pink surprise

Ingredients
1. Beetroot,sugar-half kg
2. Water-one and a half cup
3. Milk,Beetroot syrup,Vanilla essence,Chopped cashewnut,Vanilla ice cream - as required
Method
1. Remove the skin of beetroot  and  cut into small pieces and add little water and cook well
2. When it cools blend well in a mixer jar
3. Make sugar syrup
4. Mix beetroot with sugar syrup. Transfer  into a container and keep refrigerated
To serve
1. Blend well 1 glass Milk,2 tablespoon  beetroot  syrup and 2-3 drops vanilla essence in a mixer jar
2. Serve chilled by adding ice cream
