Ingredients
1. Soyaballs-2 cup
2. Oil-4 tablespoon
3. Mustard seeds-half teaspoon
4. Chopped onion-1 cup
Green chilly-5
Curry leaves-asrequired
5. Ginger garlic paste,Chilly powder,coriander powder-1 teaspoon
6. Jeera powder-one fourth teaspoon
Garam masala powder-half teaspoon
Pepper powder,turmeric powder- one fourth teaspoon
7. Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method
1. Clean well soya beans and soak them in hot water for 15 minutes and strain well water from it
2. Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add onion,green Chilly,curry leaves and saute well
3. When onion becomes golden brown add ginger garlic paste and mix well
4. Add soya beans and half cup water to it and mix well and cook for 15 minutes
5. Add remaining masala to this mix and oil and saute for 10 more minutes
6. When the mix becomes brown colour add coriander leaves and mix well and serve
