TOMATO COCONUT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

1.Tomato-1
2.Grated coconut-half piece
3.Red chilly-4
4.Shallots-few
5.Oil
,salt,curry leaves, mustard seeds -as required

METHOD

1.Make a fine paste with grated coconut and red chilly
2.Put in a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add curry leaves,shallots and saute well
3.When it starts to become brown colour add chopped tomatoes and salt and saute well
4.When tomato is cooked add coconut paste and water and mix well and serve
