Ingredients
1. Tomato-4
2. Onion-1
3. Chopped ginger-1 small piece
4. Garlic-8
5. Green chilly,Salt,curry leaves-as required
6. Chilly powder-2 teaspoon
7. Turmeric powder-one fourth teaspoon
8. Garam masala-1 teaspoon
9. Fried paneer-200gm
10. Coriander leaves-for decoration
11. Oil-for frying

Method
1. Put in a pan oil and saute well Tomato,onion,ginger,garlic,curry leaves
2. When it cools make them into a fine paste
3. Put into a pan oil and add mustard seeds and when it starts to splutter add shallots,green chilly and saute well
4. Add chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and saute well
5. When masala starts to boil add fried paneer and mix well
6. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve
