Method
1. Put in a pan oil and add cornflour and mix well
2. Put oil in another pan and saute well Tomato and onion and make them into a fine paste and add to cornflour mix
3. Add 4 cup water and mix well and allow it to boil
4. When it starts to become a creamy mixture add tomato sauce, sugar and salt and mix well
5. Add pepper powder and mix well and serve hot
