1. Tulsi leaves-little
2. Garlic-4
3. Kanthari mulaku-4
4. Olive oil-100ml
5. Salt-as required

Method

1. Blend all ingredients well in a mixer jar and serve

CARROT AND DATES CAKE

INGREDIENTS 1.Maida-1 cup 2.Powdered sugar,oil-three fourth cup 3.Egg-2 4.Dates after removing seeds and cut into pieces-10 5.Grated carrot-1 6.Baking powder-1 teaspoon 7.Cashewnut-1 tablespoon 8.Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon METHOD 1.Strain maida along with baking powder 3 times. 2.Beat egg using an egg beater 3.Also beat oil,vanilla essence,sugar and mix well. 4.Add maida little by little and mix well 5.Add carrrot,dates,cashewnut and mix well. 6.Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.

FRENCH FRIES

INGREDIENTS 1. Potato-6 2.Salt-as needed 3.Oil - for frying METHOD Boil potatoes for 3 minutes.Remove the skin and cut them into long pieces as required. Keep them in freezer for half an hour.Remove from freezer and add salt and keep for five minutes. Heat oil in a pan .and add potatoes to it and deep fry them.for 15 minutes Serve hot with tomato sauce

PINEAPPLE SQUASH

INGREDIENTS 1.Pineapple-1 kg 2.Sugar-1 kg 3.Water-half litre 4.Lime juice-50ml 5.Skin of lemon chopped-half teaspoon METHOD 1.Remove the skin of pineapple and clean well and chop into small pieces and add water and cook well 2.When it cools blend well in a mixer jar and strain well 3.Put in a pan sugar,skin of lemon,water and boil well 4.When it boils well and reaches sticky consistency switch off flame and strain well 5.Add pineapple syrup to it and also add lime juice and mix well 6.When it cools transfer it into a closed container and use
