1. Tulsi leaves-little
2. Garlic-4
3. Kanthari mulaku-4
4. Olive oil-100ml
5. Salt-as required

Method

1. Blend all ingredients well in a mixer jar and serve

BEETROOT THORAN

INGREDIENTS 1.Finely grated beetroot-1 2.Shallots-6 3.Green chilly-2 4.Curry leaves,salt-as required 5.Grated coconut-little 6.Oil-as required METHOD 1.Put in a pan oil and add green chilly and saute well 2.Add shallots and grated beetroot and mix well 3.Add curry leaves and salt and also grated coconut and mix well and cook for 30 minutes 4.Stir occasionally and serve hot

Appam

Ingredients 1. Pachari-4 cup 2. Coconut-half 3. Coconut water- half cup 4. Yeast - one fourth teaspoon 5. Jeerakam- little 6. Sugar- 1 tablespoon 7. Kappy kurukkiyathu - half cup 8. Salt, oil-as required Method 1. Pachari kuthirthu vekkanam 2. Add sugar to coconut water one day before cooking 3. Make a fine paste with grated coconut, jeerakam. 4. Add fine paste , coconut water, kappy kurukkiyathu , yeast , salt and water and grind well in a mixer jar and make dough 5. Mavu pulichu pondumbol dosa kallil chuttu edukkuva
