INGREDIENTS
1.Chicken wings-10
2.Garlic paste-2 teaspoon
Spring onion-a bunch
Kaskas -little
Fresh orange juice-one and a half cup
Mustard paste-2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilly powder- 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder-1 teaspoon
Salt-as required
3.Oil-6 tablespoon
For glazing
4.Honey-6 tablespoon
Mustard paste-2 teaspoon
Tomato sauce-2 teaspoon
METHOD
1.Marinate chicken with second ingredients and keep refrigerated for 1 full night
2.Next day cook marinated chicken
3.When chicken is half cooked keep aside
4.Put in a pan oil and fry well chicken till it becomes golden brown colour
5.Mix well fourth ingredients together and add to chicken and cook well
6.When it reaches sticky consistency switch off flame
7. Decorate with orange slice and spring onion
