CUCUMBER RAITA

INGREDIENTS

1.Curd-2 cup
   Jeerakam fried and made into a fine powder-1 teaspoon
2.Cucumber-1
3.Chopped coriander leaves-1 cup
   Salt-as required
4.Chopped onion-1
5.Chilly powder-little

METHOD

1.Blend well curd and jeera powder in a mixer jar
2.Chop cucumber well into small pieces after removing seed from it
3.Add cucumber into curd
4.Also add chilly powder,salt, chopped onion and coriander leaves and mix well and serve
