Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken-half kg
2. Soya sauce-1 teaspoon
3. Pepper powder- one fourth teaspoon
4. Egg-half
5. Sugar-little
6. Salt,oil,cornflour-as required
7. Chopped ginger-half teaspoon
8. Chopped garlic-1 teaspoon
9. Green chilly,onion-1
10. Chilly powder,Chopped garlic- half teaspoon
11. Vinegar,tomato sauce-2 tablespoon
12. Celery-1 tablespoon

Method
1. Cut chicken into small stripes
2. Marinate chicken with Salt,Pepper powder,soya sauce,egg and sugar
3. Put cornflour into a plate
4. Dip chicken stops in it and fry well in hot oil
5. Make a fine paste with chilly powder,garlic paste,Vinegar,little water
6. Put in a pan oil and saute Onion,green Chilly,garlic,ginger
7. Add chilly paste and saute well
8. Add pepper powder,tomato sauce,sugar,water and when it starts to boil add chicken and celery and mix well and serve hot
