CHICKEN ROAST





INGREDIENTS.

     

1.CHICKEN-1 KG

2.SHALLOTS- 1CUP

3.KASHMIRI CHILLY POWDER-1  TABLESPOON

  PEPPER-1  TEASPOON

  CINNAMON-1 PIECE

  CLOVES-3

   FENNEL  SEEDS-1 TEA SPOON

  TURMERIC POWDER-HALF TEA SPOON

   4.SALT-AS REQUIRED

   5. WATER-LITTLE

        LIME JUICE-1 TEASPOON

   6.FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC-2 CUPS

   7.FINELY CHOPPED GINGER-1 CUP

   8.OIL-LITTLE

 

METHOD-


 I.Cut chicken into  small pieces and clean them properly .

2.Take four shallots and marinate them them with third ingredients  and make them into a fine paste.

3.Apply this paste into chicken pieces and keep them aside for half an hour.

4.Put into this mix little salt,lime juice,and  remaining shallots and sixth and seventh ingredients and allow them to cook for half an hour

5.After cooking for half an hour take chicken pieces and shallow fry them

6.Mix them with  gravy.

7.Serve hot with chapathi.
