POTATO GREEN PEAS CURRY



INGREDIENTS

1.OIL-3 TABLESPOON
2.CUMIN-1 TEASPOON
3.ONION-1 FINELY CHOPPED
        GARLIC-4 CRUSHED
        GINGER-FINELY CHOPPED 1 TEASPOON
     GREEN CHILLY-1 FINELY CHOPPED
4. TOMATO-1 FINELY CHOPPED
5.TURMERIC POWDER ,CORIANDER POWDER-HALF TABLESPOON
     KASOORI METHI-1 TEASPOON
6.POTATO-3 CUT INTO PIECES
     GREEN PEAS-1 CUP
7. SALT, PEPPER POWDER -AS REQUIRED
8.GARAM MASALA POWDER-1 TEASPOON



METHOD
1.Put into  a pan some oil and add some cumin into it.
2.Add ingredients from 1-3 to it and saute well
3.When onion becomes brown add tomato and mix well.When tomato is cooked add fifth           ingredients to it and mix well.
4.To this mix add potato, green peas, salt, pepper powder and enough water for potato to be cooked and cook well for half an hour. Keep stirring occasionally.
5.After potato is cooked add garam masala to it and mix well.
6.Serve hot.
