BEEF CURRY

INGREDIENTS

                  1.Beef cut into small pieces-half kg
                    Curd-half cup
                  2.red chilly-10
                    Corriander powder-1 tablespoon
                    Onion-1
                    Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
                    Grated coconut-1 tablespoon
                    Cinnamon-2
                    Cloves,Cardamom-2
                    Cumin-1 teaspoon
                    Garlic-6 flakes
                    Pepper-1 teaspoon
                    Salt-as needed
                 3.Oil-3 tablespoon
                 4.Shallots-2tablespoon
                 5.Cashewnut-10
                   Coconut milk-half cup




METHOD

             1.Marinate beef pieces with curd for 1 hour.
             2.Make the second ingredients into a paste form
             3.Heat oil in a pan and add shallots and the masala in paste form to it and saute well
             4.Add marinated beef to it and saute well.Add required quantity of water to it and cook well.
             5.When beef is cooked add fifth ingredients to it and cook for five minutes and serve hot
