INGREDIENTS
1.Boiled prawns-1cup2.Chilly powder,salt,turmeric powder-as needed
3.Shallots crushed-half cup
Onion-1 crushed.
Green chilly-3 crushed
Ginger-1 small piece crushed
Garlic-6 flakes crushed
Salt-as required
4. Oil-for frying
METHOD
1.Boil prawns with second ingredients.Crush the cooked prawns when it cools.2.Add third ingredients to the cooked prawns and marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Make the mix into small balls and fry them in hot oil,
4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
