INGREDIENTS
1. Powdered sugar-200gm
2.Maida-75gm
3.Egg-6
4.Cocoa powder-25gm
5.Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon
ICING
1.Unsalted white butter,icing sugar-150gm
2.Vanilla essence-half teaspoon
3.Grated cooking chocolate-as required for decoration
4.Cherry-for decoration
METHOD
1.Beat egg well in an egg beater.
2.Beat sugar well.Add vanilla essence.
3.Add maida and cocoa powder and beat well till it becomes fluffy.
4.Add this mix to a cake tin and bake at 220 degrees for half an hour and when it cools cut into half.
5.Beat butter well in a plate.Add icing sugar ,vanilla essence to this mix and beat well.
6.Add icing to one piece in half cut cake.Add cherry to it.
7.Keep second piece of cake on top of it .Add icing on top and sides of cake.
8.Add grated chocolate on top and sides
