CRISPY CHICKEN FRY

INGREDIENTS

1.Chicken- one kg
2.Turmeric powder-half teaspoon
3.Salt,curry leaves- as required
4.Pepper powder-half teaspoon
5.Lime juice-1 lemon
6.Onion-for frying
7.Egg-1
8.Bread crumbs-1 packet
9.Oil-for frying

METHOD

1.Marinate chicken with salt,turmeric powder, lime juice, pepper powder for 1 hour.
2.Put oil in a pan and saute onion till golden brown.
3.Dip marinated chicken in egg and breadcrumbs and fry well in hot oil.
4.Decorate with fried onion
5.Note- Beat egg well in an egg beater
